Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to nexgenfizio technologies pvt ltd. nexgenfizio technologies pvt ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The Agreement applies to you whether you are - A physiotherapist wishing to be listed, or already listed A patient, who wants to utilise the service referred as (“End-User”, “you” or “User”)
We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Agreement for any reason and at any time, and such modifications shall be informed to you in writing You should read the Agreement at regular intervals.
You acknowledge that you will be bound by this Agreement for availing any of the Services offered by us. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not avail any Services.
Your access to use of the App and the Services will be solely at the discretion of Ngfizio.

Refund Policy

The refund is applicable in Consultation cancellation, full and partial cancellation of treatment. The refund amount varies in case to case and is subject to discretion of ngfizio.
The timeline of refund is 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the transaction.
